John Connaughton
President
Upon graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Building Construction Technology, John worked as a carpenter — learning from the “ground up.” Early projects included the renovation and rebuilding of numerous Back Bay and Beacon Hill townhouses.Over the years, the company has expanded to manage multiple custom building projects simultaneously while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that has come to be expected from a company known for its exceptional reputation.The company’s strength lies in its top-notch project managers, many who have been with the company over 25 years.
Leo Lermond
Project Manager
Leo has been working for Connaughton Const. Co. for 33 years. During this time Leo has managed and built numerous custom homes and condominiums in the Greater Boston area. Leo’s strengths are his excellent communication with architects, subcontractors, and building officials. Leo always strives to maintain project schedules and costs without sacrificing quality.
Mike Richardson
Project Manager
Mike has been working at Connaughton Construction for 35 years. During this time Mike has managed and built numerous custom homes and condominiums in the Boston area. Mike’s attention to detail has been his greatest asset. Mike always goes the extra mile to obtain the best possible outcome — and his work shows it.
Rodney Nott
Assistant Project Manager
Rodney has worked for CCC for over 8 years. During his time with the company, Rodney has managed many renovations for the company’s Small Projects Division. Rodney is an excellent communicator and his strength lies in his commitment to his work, always achieving his best for the client and Connaughton Construction Co.
Elle Burke
Office Manager
Elle Burke has been with the company for 23 years. During her time in the office she has updated computer systems and software to help bring the company into the modern fast-moving pace of today’s industry.
