Connaughton Construction recently completed the historic restoration and addition to this five-story brick townhouse located in historic Beacon Hill.

The project featured a complete interior renovation, removal of an old back addition, excavation, and underpinning of walls for a foundation for the new addition. It included reframing, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and installation of a new elevator. Plus all high-end luxury finishes from custom cabinets, marble and granite baths to a wine cellar and a custom designed conservatory and garden. All successfully accomplished while working in a very tight space with limited access and neighbors on all sides.
